SOUND HEALING
A Sound Bath
. . . is a group session of 10 or more people lying in a semi- circle near the sound bowls to not only hear the soothing sounds, but to feel the vibration. Gongs, and white crystal bowls may also be played during a sound bath. Sometimes even vocal toning is included to further enhance the experience.
Sound baths have the same benefits of an individual sound therapy session: which may include; nervous system regulating, stress reduction, emotional release, and sleep improvement.

Vibrational Sound Therapy
. . . aims to get you into a place of rest by calming your central nervous system.
Therapeutic grade Himalayan metal singing are carefully placed in a way to help you feel safe. This feeling of safety activates your nervous system, resulting in breath and heart rate slowing. The overtones of the bowls shift brain waves into a slower rate. As your focus moves inward it becomes an invitation to rest in a deep state of meditation and recover from everyday stress.
